Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Most items purchased from our store may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item has not been personalized, customized, or altered
  • The item is not on our list of non-returnable items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact page. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability before initiating a return. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. If the replacement item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately using the details provided on our Contact page. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
